The Village at Allen’s design concept is that of a downtown street that has evolved into a visually rich and historic retail district. The Village at Allen will greet shoppers with promenades, walkways and generous plazas. Landscaping, animated water features and the well-defined architectural style will create a unique and memorable shopping experience.

The Village at Allen will be one component of a 400-acre mixed-use development located in both the City of Allen and the Town of Fairview. The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview will be separated by Stacy Road but designed and developed as one project.

Once completed, the mixed-use development will include more than 2,000,000 sq. ft. of retail and 1,000,000 sq. ft. of office, residential and hotel space.
